Change course elevation?

This used to be a sticky here, but I currently don't see it.  Here is a download.  There is an option in here that will raise the entire terrain.  Hope this helps.

Sorry for so many questions. I have saved a lot of things till close to the end of development...

I started by course with the terrain at zero height and water at 1 height. This is proving to be a bit shallow.
I can't seem to push the terrain down with the tools below 0 into negative values.

So, is there a way to select everything in my course and move it up several meters so I can then use the terrain tool to drop desired areas down to make the ocean deeper?

Do you know if this will bring all the splines and tees and pins and all perfect golf items with it?
Would hate to have to manually do that.

I'm not a designer, but I think if you recalculate the splines, don't they automatically snap to the terrain elevation?
