I use to really enjoy that in the arcade, but I don't recall it looking quite that lacking in detail and as low in poly count.  I'd like to try it out before I bought it though. I've got too many good racing games right now that I already don't spend enough time with: iRacing, Forza 7, Project CARS 2, F1 2019, and NASCAR HEAT 4.

The nostalgia buff in me wants to have a go at it though.  Wonder if it has force feedback support, I bet my Thrustmaster TX wheel would turn into a new experience.   I don't believe the arcade game Virtua Racing had force feedback, just a steering wheel.

I've been holding off for now as there are some reports of small controller niggles, etc, as expected with something new from a tiny shop (I think just one guy in fact).

I really wish this was on iOS so I could play it on an iPad (natively).  It seems like a perfect game in spurts on mobile.
