This is a Nicklaus course in New Orleans area.  Course plays fairly short at par 72, all 4 par 5's are getable and then some.  I finally have all 18 pretty much done, but still a lot of work to do on surrounding area.

Wow..very cool.  Isn't this the LSU golf team's home course as well?  Or am I mistaken?  I remembered the course from back when it was a regular PGA Tour stop.  I actually think it's a better layout than TPC Louisiana, but that may just be me.

Don't be too harsh in judging the final product when I finally get done..LOL.  I am using Google Earth for the planting.  I can get tees and vegetation in pretty much the correct places, but it's tough to spot specific tree types.  Hopefully the general idea gets across in full.  It's a fun course to play.  Lot of birdie opportunities, but water lurking if you start hitting it sideways.

Y'all be nice to my Dawgs when they visit this Fall.

Those are courtesy of our mutual and generous friend.  I really need to try and learn how to use that program.  There is another bulkhead surrounding the 4th hole.  Will send you a download link soon.

Here is a download link for anyone who wants to play through what I have so far.  I only have Championship tees and Medium pins, also no splash screen or custom flags yet.  Still some work to do for sure.  Lastly, the course file is huge right now.  I definitely need to streamline some things.  Happy golfing everyone.

Looking pretty darn good so far Keith.

Here are a few items to take care of. I don't really do greens so others maybe will for ya.

Finally have a version to test.  Still some things to touch up, but right now I want to get the course proper in order.  Only 1 Easy pin on each hole.  Greens are very small and quite undulating.  Mediums and Difficult are 2 apiece.  Any input is appreciated.

Finally made it to the finish line on this one.  Huge shout out to Justin for the lidar and custom objects plus a LOT of help along the way.  And thanks to Corey for helping define hazards.  Much appreciated.  Thanks to everyone that tested.  Hope you all enjoy the course.

Noticed some terrain was showing around bulkhead on 15, so I did another build.  I should have things all squared away now.
