Taking my home course of a par 60 and putting on steroids to a par 72. My issue is this course is a converted cranberry bog with a ton of water now. Beefing it up means more water, mostly all connected. How much of an issue could this be for frame rates and processing?

New here and to design. Great help from you all so far and I thank you.

If you can get it all on one water plane, I think it should be fine. Try one that covers the entire course and lower it so that the only time you see it is when you dig.

I think it's only when you have three or four different water planes that it starts to affect it.

Thanks...that is doable. Not shaping terrain until the end and I can definitely do that
