I have 9 holed laid out all playing properly in game for a while. Added a 10th hole par 3, one Champ tee, one easy, medium and hard pin. No error messages coming out of Unity.

 

After I play hole 9 everything freezes and obviously won't move on to hole 10. If I play any other hole then try to "move to" hole 10 everything freezes on the hole I'm trying to move from.

 

When I set up a practice session on the course, the screens indicate that I have holes 1-10 with the par total showing as the correct one for 10 holes.

 

Secondary question. If I zoom close to the plot everything goes dark.

Sure you have OB around all?

The going dark sounds like you need to go to

Edit/Project settings/ Quality and change Shadow Cascades to 2 instead of the default 4

The cascades thing worked thanks.

 

OB around everything right from the start.

Changing the cascades seems to have kicked the other problem out of the picture. Who knows !
