Seeing quite a few that are new to CF and the questions are beginning to flood in. So I thought I'd share a document I've been building over a long period. It's a Q&A reference document in Excel. On the left there is a short description of a problem or something not seen before with the apporopriate forum page URL on the right that provides the answer/information.

Why does it say "you don't have permission".

Could be a flag the forum software put on extensions to keep malicious files from spreading.

Strikes me the dev team could do a great service by hosting such a Q&A, possibly utilizing the 'Best Answer' tag all gathered into an ongoing user manual of sorts.

But it uploaded the file. It should stop dodgy files from getting on the forum in the first place.

EDIT- this also happened to me when I posted a screenshot a few weeks ago, even I couldn't access it, very weird
