What do you visually see as being the difference between a low fps and a high fps?  Just curious.

Try aiming left and right at 12 frames a second, the Titanic doing donuts would be faster :)

Animations become jerky and slow at low FPS (20 to 40 FPS).  That's why the target for 1920x1080 is a constant 60 FPS or higher.
