Hello. Is it possible to change the par of individual holes on a course I am creating? The game tells me one number for par  on certain holes, but it does not match up with what the actual course gives as par on these holes.

Also, is it possible to add a sand bunker after I have already created a hole complete with fairway and fringe?

Thank you

slammin

Yes, just click on the shovel icon and then the tee icon and from there you can select your tee you want to place, the par and even the stroke index.

You can also place a bunker where ever you wish including in the middle of the fairway when all textures have been laid down already.

Hello, Joe. I don't know what I may be doing wrong, but I followed your instructions for changing the par for certain holes, but the game never remembers the par number. I changed a few holes from a par 4 to par three, but when I go to the game, they are back to par 4's. Any other suggestions?

Also, If I place a bunker on a fairway that's already drawn, do I need to use the cutout tool, or just draw a bunker as you would normally do?

Thank you,

slammin

I only have one tee set down for hole 7 like it shows in the screen shot, if I want to change this I need to click on the TEE MARKER on that tee that says championship tee and then select the new par from the drop down menu up top next to the stroke index. If you look up top my tournament tee is selected, if I drop that to a par 4 the championship tee is still at 3 because that is the par I set so if it set it at a par 4 and it should have been a par 3 you must select every tee on that hole and then change it's par and save first. I hope this is the problem you were having?

Yes if you draw a bunker shape on a fairway it will already cup into the fairway so all you would have to do is manually use the elevation tools to lower it so it's not completely flat.

Thanks, Joe. I finally got it right. I was highlighting the pins of these holes instead of highlighting the tee on the tee box. I'm a noob. : )
