I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday!

I would like to use both pot bunkers and regular bunkers on the course I am building. Is this possible?

At the moment, all bunkers are pot, but when I try to add a regular bunker type, it kinda applies it as a pot bunker in the sense that the sides of the bunker resembles the pot bunker with lines, as opposed to just a normal dirt lip. In my layers library for the regular type, I do not have any pot bunker info listed, see below.

What do I need to do to my layer library to allow for the regular type?

Show us your settings and textures that you are using for the Dirt Lip layer. Your settings appear to be ok for a regular bunker type.

I wonder if your bunker normal there is set as a texture and not a normal map. This won't likely fix your lip issue but it is something else to fix. Click on the normal map for the BunkerTan layer and in the inspector drop-down change the type from Texture to Normal Map and apply changes.

I just recently used the pot bunker that Mike provided. In order to get the tan bunker to look right you need to clone the dirt lip and name it something like dirt lip tan. Then go ahead and put the bunkerdirt Texture in place of the bunkersod. Then just go to your bunker Tan and switch the Dirt lip to Dirt lip tan. Then you should be good to go. Also like Matt said looks like your normal maps are set to textured. They need to be switch to normal maps.

Also, make sure you put the Bunkerdirt texture in the PP libraries folder so it doesn't disappear on you

Thanks! Your suggestion reminded me to review the Bunker Lip texture associated with the regular bunker type. I still had the pot bunker bunker lip texture tied to it. All set.

Justin didn't see your responses before I replied. Yes, that is exactly what occurred. Appreciate the help!

The default library has "bunker" and "bunker tan", just apply the pot settings to one of those and leave the other one alone.
