I finally have time to try to design a golf course. I have downloaded the newest version of Unity. I believe I properly imported and set up Course Forge tutorial package. However, what I see is somewhat different than in the video tutorials. Most notably, the Perfect Parallel menu item is missing. Also, I get a message about compilation errors that keep API updating from completing properly. What should I do??

You need to download Unity 5.2.3f and install it. Then, import the CFtutorial package.
We are stuck in a Unity version from 2015. No way around that.
