I was browsing through my game folders in both Links2k3 & TW08 the other day and noticed that in both platforms there were just tons of in-game enhancement introduced by designers, that definitely made game play much more enjoyable. Very little of this in PG. Any ideas why this is?

Both those games had hard copies and the communities took over the game and Modified it with improvements and have for years. That cant happen here as there are no hard copies so what you see is what you get which is not bad by the way.
