PG1 after 2020 - Will it still work?

So many posts have flown by over the last months that I can't remember the definitive answer here, if there was one.

 

Maybe Mike or Andrew might chime in at some point on this also?

 

I'm wondering -- will normal PC usage of PG1 still be "a thing" that's possible, allowed and supported (online part I mean) after 2020 is over?

 

Asked another way - the termination of non TM hardware users ability to keep subscribing after 2020 wasn't the canary in the coal mine overall for PG1 software for all of us, was it?

Andrew has already confirmed that PG1 along with 3rd party api will continue as normal for PC players.

Was that "past 2020" or just "for now"?

Yes and with them pulling things off the PP servers no reason it should continue to work for a long time for PC users.

my internet was down for a couple of days and i was able to play in offline mode

and all the courses worked properly, kinda boring but it still worked fine.
