I guess I should not have presumed that turning Dynamic Sky on produces some cloud movement. Does it, or should I say is it supposed to? It does not for me in either Win7 or Win10.

I have picked scattered clouds, and that works for me. Win 10, nvidia rtx 2060.

  What is your wind setting? If I put mine on "calm", they barely move, but on "strong breeze", they're clearly moving.
