Thanks for the ubisoft link. That is a great deal. I have always liked their games. Have some older ones that I used to play on XP. Don' even know if they will run on Win 10.

Update on the Division 2 Game. I purchased the game last night as a computer download, the price was definitely right. My machine met all the requirements needed to run this thing. I downloaded the Ubisoft Downloader and proceeded to install the game. I've got high internet speed, but it took over 1 hour to complete the game installation. After the game download completed, the installer continued first instlling a version  of DirectX which seemed funny to me because I had the latest version installed. I did'nt panic yet, thinking that the game required an earlier version of it. After DirectX was installed, attempted to install "2012 VCRedist (2/6)". I waited about 45 minutes but apparently this did not get installed for whatever reason. Of course the game will not launch. Shot off an e-mail to Ubisoft Support and related the problem but have not yet received any kind of reply.

I haven’t downloaded it myself yet as it’s around I think around 75gb..I’ll have to uninstall something to make room..plus I’m on nights this week of work and computer stuff is a after thought.lol..I may try it out in the morning just to see if it will work on my end..

I think it is a little heftier than that. I believe that the game comes in at about 154 GB. That is a pretty good size file. I think the file my installation got hung up on "2012 VCRedist (2/6)" is a microsoft visual file. Going into my downloaded files there are a number of these Redist files and the 2012 appears to be downloaded. I think I will try a reinstall if I don't hear from Ubisoft Support today.

I bought this yesterday for my XBox One X... it looks gorgeous in 4K HDR!  I'd forgotten just how bad I suck at shooters though.  I can't even get past the second training encounter without getting wasted.  I need to spend a lot of time learning the controls, how to switch weapons, how to crouch, how to sprint, how to throw a hand grenade, how to recognize how my enemies are out-flanking me... yada yada yada.  My son was horse-laughing me as he watched my ineptitude with this last night!  ;)

I actually made it to the Theater last night where I was to meet some agent.  I had to plod my way through to get there, and it wasn't pretty.  I think I need to try one of the alternate sensitivity settings for the Elite 2 thumbstick.  I'm twitching past my target once I locate it.  I need one of those settings that becomes less sensitive after the first stages of the movement.

I think the secret for my success last night was I finally figured out how to work a bit with my AI allies... they saved my bacon more than once in route to the theater.

I reinstalled the game, got all the settings adjusted and the game looks very good and especially considering the price. What I don't like and never have is mouse & keyboard to run most high action pc games. I am looking for a game pad that is reasonably priced, windows 10 compatable , and wireless but that feature is not a must. Any suggestions? One other thing, Steam compatability would be nice.

I just use an Xbox controller for PC which is wireless and works with all my steam games where a controller is needed.

I am assuming the Xbox controller you are using is for Xbox 1.

To be honest, had it a few years, so could be a 360 one, but still working fine I have been using it for Witcher 3, Skyrim and Divisions 2 recently. Amazon has plenty at different price points.
