Doggs gave us a course early on in the game that had lights on it and could be played during night

time hours. was wondering if any of you designers have though about putting them on some of your courses.

i will be using the Pineapple Lodge night course on the HDH tourney at PGLS and it would sure be cool to have some more of these courses to use in tourneys.

no i am not crazy, just a little deranged.lol

Dave,

Hate to throw eye candy and not deliver but funny that you ask...I've been working on Cloud 9 in Vegas. But, it won't really fit your HDH club. It's a 12 hole par 3 course. Do you guys run with Dynamic Skies OFF? Effects really only shine with Dynamic Skies off. Course is splined and playable. Adding 3DG this week and if all goes well, planting next week. I'll try and not be a tease and get into Skunky mode...

All never seen before textures made with Substance Designer.

the API at PGLS is set to run only with the dynamic sky off during tourneys

which over rides personal settings .

even with only 12 holes i could run it in the HDH tourney just a few less holes.

sure wish some others would think about adding some night lights to their courses.

what is pretty cool to also play is night golf during Thunderstorms. even without the lights some courses

play good during night time hours i have tried a few most have a reflective pins which can be seen from a ways off.

A real neat benefit of the night lamps is that the spotlights put out a killer shadow. Or, at least I have control over it. I'm not sure if we can translate any of this control to the directional light for daytime scenes. Normals significantly benefit and even Harry doesn't look quite so blah...

Pineapple Lodge Night version. to get it into night hours you have to go into settings into weather and

turn on Dynamic skies and set it during nighttime hours to play it properly or you could just play the HDH tourney

that i now have set as i set it to nighttime hours you are a member of my CC and can play it there without having to mess with your settings.

Original post by Dave referenced Pineapple Lodge Night links by DoGgs. Images above are for Angel Park's Cloud 9. It's a 12 hole course and in the making. Goal for release is next weekend.

Harry Hacker doesn't want to spend his life in missionary position. Let the boy explore a little. Look at how he grips the club. Too much tension.

By the looks of his wrists, Harry has been exploring “fisting”

Come on guys let's keep it clean! Me and my friend played The crazy Pineapple Lodge course yesterday for the first time and played it at night to see how it was and I have to say that it was a great time, for the both of us it was the first time playing this course and at night it was a challenge, as well. He shot a +3 and I shot +1, but in all actuality, I have played par 3's in real life at night time and they are great fun and a little challenging, the holes look farther than they are so it is a little tough when you think that you know the yardage and then your mind thinks that you hit a good shot and oops you are not close, but to each his own if you don't like night golf then don't play it
