I have always been a fan of links courses. I think it would be a great treat if M.Jones would recreate Burns Old Links & Cara Brae for perfectgolf.

There's an active photo tour on Golf Club Atlas right now which got me interested in it... I don't think I realized how unique it is.

lol...that's sorta funny. Thanks for mentioning "Golf Club Atlas". I was playing around with "White Bear YC" and was thinking my lidar must be screwed up or something, it can't be that crazily undulating. They have some good pics on that site, and yep, the fairways look like a rollercoaster ride!

It seems to have become a hit in TGC 2019, as designer Icyken has recreated what looks to me to be a faithful replica. My favorite Society is playing it today, but all I've seen are screen shots so far. Icyken has done an incredible job of capturing the local flavor of Prestwick, from what I can see, in spite of TGC 2019's theme restrictions. I'd love to see what could be done with this in PG, without having to settle for the emaciated bunkers of The Golf Club 2019.

Yeah, I started a Links course in TGC but haven't progressed beyond five or six holes. It's just not right without the bunkering.
