I totally see this happening and just ordered MLB The Show 21 and will play it on my Laptop thru Xbox PC streaming app a lot. The future is coming and cross platform play is big with PGA Tour 2k21 at TGCC tours and more coming soon. Microsoft is at a big advantage with this right now. Great article and read.
