Anyone else getting these white "lights" when in rainy conditions?

A bug I'm assuming?

I like to play with the sun on my back, but the one time I chose to play in the rain and lightening I did get this effect. Little white dots also appeared on the map.

same here and some raindrops going across the screen like mini comets.

Yup, this is a know issue that I believe is already on the 'Bug List' and being addressed.

Yeah I had this issue come up. I had actually stepped away from my PC for about 5 minutes, I came back and couldn't see anything except bright white spots all over my screen. Noticed that if I changed target location it cleared up but if I returned to initial position aiming down the fairway it came right back. TIP: Do not play with rain on until further notice apparently! LOL
