How can I find out if I am a tester for the game
Probably when PP have something for us to test, lol.
No-one is testing anything as yet, and as far as I'm aware no-one has been put on any official testing lists. The game itself is still very early in development so may be quite some time before anything remotely playable is put out to test.

did I not see a post from Mike where he mentioned a few testers, or was I dreaming.

Yes, he said they were testing Course Forge. I'd put money on Rob Miller being one, but I doubt the bookies would take it!
