For anyone who hasn't received a handicap from the Massachusetts Masters you can pre-qualify by posting up to four rounds here. The handicap you receive will be used in the TPC Florida Glades 72 holes Tournament starting soon.

Otherwise, once the tournament starts, your first round will be a qualifying round and your handicap will be set from that.

Of course, anyone who has received an handicap by playing in the Masters does not have to qualify here.

Hello Teddy, whilst i'm here to ask you something ... :)  ... thank you for setting all this up, you provide something that the game can't provide in it's actual state  ...

... and in fact it's a lot of fun to compete with others ... i love this game :)

So what i wanted to know was --> "up to four rounds" you say in your post, but i have to play only one qualifying round of Massachusetts course to generate the handicap, do i get that right? 8)

Sorry but english is not my native language ;)

Hi mistajam. Your English is fine.

It is only necessary to play one qualifying round to set your handicap. It doesn't matter where you play that round. You can play at Florida Glades if you like. It also doesn't matter if you play more than one round to get your handicap. If you post a qualifying round here of 74 you will get a +2 handicap. If you post two rounds of 74 and 75 I will add those scores together which equals 149, divide by two equals 74.5, that gets rounded up to 75 which will give you a handicap of +3 for the TPC. If you want to play four rounds to establish a true handicap you can.

Each round that a golfer plays in 72 hole tournaments will affect their handicap - including each round of the TPC. Handicaps will be adjusted after every round. Therefore it is self-regulating.

Cheers

Ted

Hi Ted

Can I submit the 3 stroke scores from my Chicken Run rounds towards my handicap.   They were as you know from the championship tees so seem to qualify  from your  criteria.

Jim
