I think this thread should be pinned, when the patch was first introduced not everyone needed to use it. But with many of the courses being released lately, sucking the life right out of a GTX 1080 its almost a system requirement in order to maintain playable fps for the game.

got to agree this is a smoking patch, works great and what a fps boost you get.

ain't going to swear by it but i do think my meter is running smoother since

i installed these 2 files but you have to run fullscreen mode which means you can not go back and forth to the desktop

while in game read post 33 and give it a try instructions in the zipfile
