i took the better part of a year away after a stroke to figure

out if i would ever even be able to get my timing back good enough to play

tourneys and MP so most of my 3000+ hours was spent playing solo. now im doing the PGLS tourney's and have gotten into the MP

and im having a great time. i guess now since i started playing MP, it is a whole new game.

for those getting bored join the tourney sites, play a bunch of MP. have found with this game it is pretty much a self serv game

you have to make your own fun out of it. also the recorded rounds. is a great way to watch how others play the game and a great learning tool. so there are things to do but just not enough, hoping it will happen soon but im happy for now.

mods ought to move this thread to off topic as it sucks to be the first thread when new people are coming to the forums. don't know about the rest of you but i would like to see all the players we can get, and threads like this don't help

I'm a believer anyway, if they are making PG2 for sim then it makes business sense to release a non sim version too, i would imagine that non sim sales would outweigh the cost to bring it to steam with RTS and 3C.  Of course golf titles are niche but keeping it purely for sim is ultra niche and nonsensical.  Progress is painfully slow i know, but PG is a sideshow to the main event, we all know this, so it will come when it comes...but i do believe it will come and my great great grand kids will have a blast, TGC 2122 will still see putts breaking right off the bat, and the Ryder cup will be fought out by androgynous androids, commentated on by the head of peter Aliss in a hover jar.

LOL!  I truly do hope we will eventually see JNPG2 at some point but I've just assumed that it's not ever coming.  That way, if it ever does it will be a pleasant surprise.

I was reading the same stuff after PG1 was announced and this forum started. So no reason for me right now not to believe it'll be here some day sooner or later...

Except one key difference..

The Trackman relationship (perhaps Ownership).

PG2 coming to PC may not be up to PP ultimately

I think PG2 will never see the light of day as a PC golf game as I don't think Trackman are interested.

I hear ya' - the ownership thing is the big change that likely derailed hope for the PC future.
