It would be pretty cool if PG2 had an open api to support any controller or device that the community or a developer wanted to add. Someone could add a wii, Kinect, heck any device where they could give the game the parameters it wants. Not sure how it would fit the various pricing structures that exist.
I personally would pay the yearly Sim fee to play with a swing device, and especially if their were tours to play in. I see they have a $250.00 pass for devices without specific passes. I won the first year OGT tour and love the game but enjoy swinging something over mouse any day.

I wish for the kangaroo pop out , crazy rocket balls on hole outs, and the excessive backspin to be looked at.

No more rubberband backspins and a more user friendly course forge that would be easy for everyone to figure out.

This comment made me chuckle a bit..
Last night I had one that went back 79 yards to a location further away from where I'd just hit from...

I'd like to see a swing that is more like the Power Stroke in Links. Real time swing horizontal is OK but it doesn't give me the feeling i'm controlling the power like the Power Stroke did. I just played a round with the old Links and it was really fun with the Power Stroke.

As long as it landed on a slight up-slope though it's completely legit. I nearly got banned for arguing this one time. LOL!

If it's "legit" - I'd prefer to have this be an area where video golf and real golf deviate..
Totally sucks and looks ridiculous when it occurs..

problem lies with 1 or 2 things, the canned spin on clubs or the equation that is manipulating the spin on green contact.... Mostly on wedges and they all vary some- the ball reaction with up and down hill bounces is over done. in no way is it legit across the board... I would love to see what the reaction would be like with the wedges if they just toned down the equation a bit when it comes to ball bounces especially on the greens with the wedges. I would prob say it would be easier just to lower the canned spin on the wedges that might also do the trick. Might not be accurate for the spin number but may make the ball reaction more realistic.

Yes and if they did that then everyone will be hitting long irons and wedges to within 6 ft of the pin and we would all be scoring like tlvx
