First off, thanks to DPRoberts for sharing the Bulkheads with the Course Forge Family! :)   You will see them all over my course to build steps, planters, walls, etc.

You can use the word Spline on your 3D objects hierachy to get proper avatar and ball placement.  I struggled with it a bit on some of the objects and here was the fix.

While getting my course beta tested some things came up and it was suggested by CrazyCorey to put it up here also for others to see.

You can't name it spline like this:

unknown.png

Otherwise you get this:

unknown.png?width=1200&height=676

You need to name it spline like this:

unknown.png

So you can get it to look like this:

unknown.png?width=1200&height=676

Also don't forget to add in the collider physics too:

unknown.png?width=1442&height=413

Great points and suggestions for appropriate management when using the bulkheads Stingreye.

Had I been wiser, I would've released it with the Spline name already in it. Kinda like always having to add the physics to the waterplanes.

If there are any other issues, let me know. I can always add that on an update for the lone wolf downloading it months from now.

Could this spline naming work on 3D rocks and set the collision detection so that rolling balls don't pass through the rock (which is an issue in PG)?

Just a question from a total design luddite.

The ball Rolling through objects is the fault of

the Unity version we are stuck in at this time.

Adding Spline before the object name only tells Unity

to allow the ball to hop up onto the object, but does nothing to deflect a rolling ball.

Yes, something is screwy with the rocks, in fact the ball drops forever with some of them.
