Sorry but I'm not able to find how to save a game
Maybe I have to play the 18 holes or can I save before?

What you can't do is save a game mid round and then go off and play several other courses and then later come back to the mid-round save.
You have to resume the mid-round save game when you next come back in to the game.
You can also record a round, which will then be saved and allow you to play against it in the future, so you're effectively playing against yourself.

I must be missing something here. To save a game at any time during a round, you click the top right icon and then Exit. The next time you start up JNPG two options immediately come up, Resume, or End Round. If you click on anything else such as solo play or multiplayer the following message comes up.
"End Round Warning"
"Are you sure you want to end your current round?"
If you click cancel you are taken back to Resume or End Round. If you click yes the round is ended.
In other words as far as I know the current set up does not allow you to start a new round until you have ended a currently saved round. I emailed PP about this and they indicated that expanding the save function was definitely on their to do list for JNPG2.
Anyway, if I have this wrong I would appreciate someone telling me how I can keep a saved round while starting a new round. Thanks.

As far as I understand it, you can't.
When you quit out of a round you are really putting the round on hold and not actually saving it. When you come back to PG you either resume the round you were playing or if you decide to start a new round, the round you were midway through is lost and the resume option is removed.

The bottom line is, there is no functionality to "save a game". You have to quit the game entirely and in order to resume that game, have to restart the game and resume. You will not be able to start a new game without losing the one you want to resume.

That is correct. If you are playing solo and suddenly need to shut-down your PC to do (whatever) when you power on your computer again the choice you have is to resume the round or end the round.
We tournament players love this feature because we can close the game at the Tee Box and resume when we return to the round without penalties. Closing game during a hole will reslult in penalities i.e. Official Public Private (tournaments)
Fun rounds can be closed anytime when you're playing solo and resumed again after you return to the game.
Most of us play by ourselves during bonafide tournaments because of time limitations. Plus, it's just easier to focus when competing.
Several features (like playing when not connected to the Internet) have vanished in our new online age of gaming. However, no one ever has to play this Virtual Golf game with multiple players. You can always play fun rounds by yourself.

I forgot to add this suggestion to playing alone. You can choose Solo and play against a friend's recorded round. That way you hit your ball, the recorded player hits his ball and there is no interaction between you and another human. You can start or quit those rounds at will.
