Any particular issues doing this part way through a creation ? Is it better to start a new project in the new name and copy all the assets across from the old named course ?

All the 3dg courses are just renamed. Give it a new scene file name and a new name on the build screen and you are done.

I typically change the name numerous times during a build.  Its part of my backing up process.

Don't forget to back up often!

Also, don't forget to back up often!

Then do it again before you do to much...

Why would you re-name the course several times. The scene file yes. I do the same. That's different from the course name.

Just like you do to create a 3DG replica of a course you already have.  You can always delete later.

If there are two versions of the course that you want playable (with 3d grass or without for example), it must have a different name or it will give users troubles if they have both installed
