There are probable plenty of better ways but anyway suppose you have Two meshes joining such as semi rough and when someone plays the hole you see this break in the terrain or whatever and even though you have looked and applied the Edge Blending Video you could also do this: 

Click and Drag a Cork Tree (That you got from the Speed Tree Coupon thing ) from the Project area into the Scene area as the other video describes how to do. Then Just bury this object - not all the way of course but bury the trunk etc. about say 75% this leaves a thick wide hedge looking thing that can hide an elephant. You can also do the copy and drag thing to lengthen the hedge and then each one you can click on the thing and tilt some of them to make it look more natural ..
