i found new courses but cant find how to install  help please

You need to drop the downloaded course folder into where your Perfect Golf course folder is.. usually something like this.   

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Perfect Golf\Courses

 

Once dropped into this Courses folder, you can then enter the game and you will find the course you downloaded through the in-game carousal.
