When the CF is available to every one ? where are finished courses hosted and available for down load or are they added to steam as an update

CF will be released along with the FINISHED version of PG.
When will that be?
Who knows... 4 to 6 months, maybe longer...
Also PP needs to write a plug-in for Unity that allows users to save and export their creations or if you're in a hurry go buy Unity Pro for $1.500...

I would assume courses, submitted would be added and part of DLC perhaps on Steam.
