Sebonac (southampton links) - how do u spell that, lol

and believe me - every hole starts 'exactly' where it should - lots of rework needed to get this perfectly aligned!!

Shadowlands

Hole 11 is particularly fantastic when used in conjunction with the map because there is so much to see - at the tee you can actually pan the camera a little past a tree branch to see number 10 flagstick on the island then after the first tee shot the begining of 12, flag of 13 and 14 in the distance 17 and 18 on the other side - it adds so much in terms of immersion and I hope u have enjoyed these efforts, I try to avoid putting lines through bunkers and other features which are delicate and need a delicate touch and funky zig zag lines lolo

TPC sawgrass was also re-treated in photoshop above, check out those trees now!!

Thanks to everyone for the nice comments it's been an absolute pleasure to do and I really thirst for more of this kinda work so when you are all designing your courses you might get the nag from me for your overheads, lols

deenas version of the black swan, K11 has one out there but there is nothing quite like doing it yourself - it really is true what they say 'true understanding comes with doing' and I really enjoyed making it, the B.S is a genius course, I don't say that lightly and I can tell you specifically why it is a work of genius, and I will - I want to post a Black Swan tribute when i get back from holiday but I don't want to swell the author up too much - he's a 'difficult genius' in my opinion (and it takes 1 to know), but this is what he can do so you can't deny him that....

Ok here's hidden canyon (before numbering) - I contructed this by stitching together each individual overhead for each hole then using a draw editor rotated, resized and repositioned until i was blue in the face then used photoshop to clean and enhance, it means of course we don't need to go bothering/ require the co-operation of the original course designer, which is a relief of course.

original comment deemed unfair and removed - the more time spent on this course the more i like it, it's bleak and lonely especially in foggy overcast conditions, I love that - it's also very open space and that suits the bleak atmosphere even more - where willow heath is all about enclosure and suffacation  hidden canyon is about the vast openness of dispair, i feel it needs at least 1 iconic feature, that stick on the 13th tee won't quite do it, lols - how about making the brick building a saloon??

I dunno Deena, I've been making courses for various games for over a decade and I was quite happy how Hidden Canyon turned out. Can you please specify which parts of the course are rushed or hastily arranged in your opinion and I shall endeavor to do better next time?

BTW Your last two maps are not showing for me.

😆 . Just goes to show who plays IRL golf now don't it.

⛳. Deena if you were a former pro golfer you would know what a challenging and exciting course this is both visually and to play.

MJ has made some awesome crs's in his day and when the final rel. comes out all these crs's will be polished.

I agree there are very few small things that MJ can and will fix but it takes a positive feedback and examples of what you deem....."a rush job and lazily put together" ⛳

😒😒😒. Very harsh comments from someone who doesn't play for reel or who doesn't build crs's. 😏😏😏

I'd take the comment with a pinch of salt if i were you, a bit of a deena lashing for 'other things' I was a bit rankled about it in view of some of the other things that are just 'allowed to go on' in this place - wind up merchants with attention deficiency disorder being allowed to run amok - they are best just left ignored did you know that peoples??

Anyway I am having trouble hosting these pictures I will see if I can find a better host for uploading or actually join an upload site because a few have disappeared for me too.

I have attempted willow heath - the front 9 were all fine but something happened on the back 9 and the course just went schizo on me, it eventually ended up looking like a picasso - the 16th goes to the green in the 6th dimension of space and time I swear !!!

I will endeavour to re-host these shortly

managed to get willow heath in check, toughest most scizo course ever, though another genius work, I just love the way he plays with different elevations, without the map i'd be completely lost, and that black obelisk alone is enough to instill fear, the mind of the designer must be simply terrifying

Imgur has worked great for me for years. Imageshack ticked me off years ago by censoring pics for no apparent reason.
