Wil it be possible to recreate the PGA Tour Schedule? Or at least play the same schedule?  I know the licensing might be an issue, but im just looking for playing the same schedule as the PGA Tour, just with different tournament names.

I sure hope this is possible. This was something you could do in Links so hopefully it is possible here. I hope there are also more custom options with tournaments. The ability to start on 1 or 10, have morning and afternoon tee times, changing conditions, and the ability to set up match play tournaments like the us amateur or the Accenture match play

Speaking from a Links 2003 perspective, I know of 2 tour sites re-create the PGA Tour the best they can, making use of real life creations (where available) and substituting community made courses where the real life ones don't exist.

 

There may be TW sites that do this, but I can't comment on them as I don't play TW.

 

I'm sure PP would be able to recreate something similar once the game gets up and running (and especially with being able to import course layouts in to Course Forge, it will speed up the designing work no end).

I've posted here before that Andrew was with the PGA guys earlier this year. Hope one of the reasons is exactly this!

If they were to make it possible of recreating every aspect of the tour season (tournaments, courses, sponsors w/ equipment, tee times, teeing off on 1 or 10, playing partners, etc.) i dont think id be able to put the game down! It'd be my dream game!
