now this saturday afternoons casual waffle by me is all about acceptance thru familliarity 
i am just beginning to see that the scuffles that do naturally occur in the first few weeks at the big school are coming to an end - i've seen some great use of subtlety already in avoiding potential flair-ups, I myself just pruned a little light-hearted poke in case it was misinterpreted, just to be on the safe side
and I think that's the way we're going, people are starting to become a little bit more thoughtful to each other because at the end of the day pruning threads and responding to complaints is work that the team are obliged to perform...
but they'd rather not, it's not the kind of work they want

I say let's try and dissolve our conflicts ourselves before the heavies get hold of it - every prune and every report is a mark of disappointment on their walls so how about a ......

and hopefully all parties involved can have an inner laugh to themselves, be true, and offer the hand of reconciliation.
or maybe we can even step in ourselves and try to diffuse one that's looking like nuclear war on the horizon, y'know like 'hey xxxx and hey xxxx we can all see what u r both saying but the warning lights just gone off how about you 2 just walk away and chill out a bit and if you don't agree and can't resolve it amicably then you're being separated for now by order 
do you think we can evolve in to this - because if we can we'll put the rest to shame you know - we'll be the most co-ordinated and professional online society that you rarely ever see these days.....
