Do you plan on having a "resume round" feature?  I am talking about having to stop play when you are playing 18 by yourself in a server tournament but have to leave the computer to attend to life...

I just leave my game on the scorecard when I am otherwise deviated from my round, sometimes I even to go to bed and leave it on overnight!! In-fact it is the norm for me to have a game running all day as I come and go about the house, but yes a resume option would be great, even expected I think, is it not to be expected?

Anyway let me take this opportunity to digress a bit and gossip-on for a few paragraphs, you may stop reading from this point onwards, lols!!

I like to take my time with golf games - depending on whether the game is analytical enough for that style of play - for me single player at a deep and analytical level with all my tables, graphs and tools out beats any grip and rip multiplayer lark with friends.......you should see the putting tables I had amassed for WGT - I am talking about huge amounts of data here which covered every distance, angle, +/-  elevation, slope, profile and green speed, then there was the lateral wind compensator that I created - it morphed a constant in the formula depending on the input data of wind speed angle and distance and was based on the form of a 4th order high pass filter shape from which it took its values, it was all very complicated and involved and I loved it and I really will miss WGT but I have no choice because they have thrown all that out of the window with their ramped up VEM and introduced un-in icated wind gusting which I managed to view from a packet editaor - it cycled rapidly through 12-15 values which varied from 0 to 40 before settling back on the on screen value for a fraction of a second and beginning its cycle again - how the hell can I play against that, how can I get a handle on it?? there's no way and it had all been introduced to try and combat flash cheating which their platform is based, it had made the game utterly unpredictable -I mean even more than the real thing for those who might be about to jump on me by proclaiming real golf as reasonably unpredictable, you don't quite get gusts that vary from 0-40mph every single time you play do you - you just couldn't make an accurate judgement and the whole thing had just become farcical as a game, it was throwing you 10 yards from the pin or the landing spot you had calculated (which is fine, it happens and that was what VEM was all about I could understand that and even championed its introduction), but then it was making successful long range putts for you when you know you could not have possibly holed the shot out and what became more tedious was when the game was deliberately missing putts from close-mid range - the ball going contrary to the break and the input data available, that was the last lottery straw for me, the game was broken and stupid, but more importantly losing you money as the whole game is a gambling site and even if you don't gamble for gambling sakes you have to play the money rounds to afford the balls in order to continue playing at that level - a wicked circle - so I left - a lot of cash spent and a huge technical effort made, for what?

I will just end this by telling you all that they had an in-game hole-in-one tipple, you had the chance to put money down on your approach shot to the hole and they would pay back a sum (or not) based upon how far from the pin you ended up - in the face of wind gusting and VEM!!!!!! no thanks, that's akin to a shooting gallery where the cans are there for a second and vanish for the next 10...and I calculated the odds were so stacked against you that it was questionable in terms of the gambling commision as to how they were getting away with it.....

But I will REALLY just end all this by telling you that there was, not so long ago a WGT forum notion that this game PP should be bought out by WGT so they could use PP's course forge e.t.c. to create a set of their own pay-to-play courses which are currently being provided by a company called 'truegolf' - the way in which WGT's courses are assembled means that they can only produce 1 or 2 courses a year and they suppliment them by calling in a third party to do some graphics based courses too - imagine, PP assimilaterd by WGT and paying to play, balls and hole in ones an' all.........are you all having that?

*shudders*

Sometimes things happen... lol.

Doesn't sound a great platform in how you describe the randomness added to the game to beat the cheats.. however, I've seen arguments where charts were once branded a form of cheating lol. We have no need to go there regarding that discussion, you won't bring up anything I don't know. I've used them, and likely would again if they helped my game.

A Resume Feature would be a cool addition, and naturally any disconnection can occur too. Mike know's the mishaps that occurred when playing Linkls with mulligans being available to recreate shots where necessary.
