Hi Admins,

was it possible to clean our Forums? I ask this because meanwhile it needs a very long Time to load the Pages and also (sorry to say) there are a lot of Threads they can be closed or deleted because they are really not required in this Forums. Thanks for Support.

There is an option to just show the threads you've not read....that's what I do.

I do understand the issues though..

The forum isn't as familiar as others may be, and is, for those of us not on superspeed broadband, heavy on the logo. For use of the forum, we have to makle do with nothing loading or slowing everything down on every thread page.

As for older threads, they can do with a little trimming, but the site isn't in major operatiopn yet. Plus it is nice to keep those threads for nostalgia, they will be great reading in years ahead for those who recall "how this game came to be.." - but they need grouping certainly.

A Forum Manager is needed, moderator as such etc..

Check your browser's and AV security settings.  If this site is constantly being scanned for malware each time you load a page then it could really load slowly. For instance, disable IE9/10's Smart Screen (under tools).

Did you all know you can disable the top banner by clicking the tools icon in the bottom right corner of the banner. Pages then load much faster

Warren,

Bottom right of the banner, just above where your forum username name is and the Sign Out option. Looks like a spanner/screwdriver

For Things like happens you there is a simple Tipp. I use for all Sides they could be little bit dangerous a seperat Explorer (in this Case for Example Google Chrome). For secured and important Sides i used an other (for Example Mozilla). So i'm save about pishing and other bad Things.

Go to and click on >  Your Name (on top of each page, with the triangle at the end) > My Settings > maxx skin (in the left-hand column of options, at the very bottom).

Take it from there and follow your instincts.

Click the tools again and put a check mark in front of: enable/disable maxx skin slider
