Just to be clear, it's not under consideration to have *only* volumetric weather, just whether or not people would enjoy having that on top of a more traditional weather system with options.

@vfe - I think a separate weather thread would be the best way to ask about this, as a thread on panoramas is mostly going to be read by designers more than players. I am very much a sim player rather than a game player, so the more realistic the better for me. If it's an online only feature though, I doubt I will be affected, as I doubt that I'll be playing in any online tournaments, as my competitive juices have almost completely dried up!
