My FPS is still as high as it's always been - maybe even higher.  I'm hovering around 60-70 on ultra high.

But now the screen seems to jitter while the ball is in flight.  Anyone else noticing this?  It was buttery smooth prior to the new patch.

Hi Mebby,  Yes I noticed this on my first round at Chicago Oaks post update too.  I'm going to try another round now somewhere else to see if it's the same on a second attempt.

Cycle through the tree detail levels and the vsync settings while you have a game open. Helps if you have an TPS monitor on. It helped me.

Turn off comet trails and it doesn't happen...I think its the tail stuttering

Thanks for the advice RobC but that made no difference to my set-up.  I've also tried turning the tree detail sliders way down low as well as shifting the camera view distance down to the lowest setting.  VSync is off and before the update everything ran on maximum perfectly smoothly.  I hadn't changed anything before trying the new update and it was immediately obvious that the follow cam was struggling to follow the ball smoothly,  it now stutters when flying.  No biggie for me but I wanted Mebby to know that he wasn't alone so I'll just wait to see what else is suggested or maybe a dev can chip-in with their thoughts.

Try this.  Start a game.  Go to the settings.  Cycle through your vsync until back to off.  See what your fps is.

This is something we have had happen from time to time when making the builds for the beta testers. It's fixable so when we get a chance in the next day or two we will push a hotfix

I'm getting it on the range and FPS is in excess of 80 on there.

Whether comet is full, small trail or off. Same slight screen jitter in ball flight, using Player cam.

There's another thread detailing what's in the patch it should be quite a recent topic in the forum!

Also if you are seeing what you perceive to be bugs you should start a topic in the bug reporting forum detailing the issue with your observations. Any videos showing the issue etc.
