since that last steam update everytime i log in it re downloads it and tells me to restart steam for it to take affect.
i do this and the next time i fire up steam i have to go through it all and yes it is happening on both computers.
anyone else getting this?

got up this morning and no more update every time i log into steam. guess they must have fixed whatever was making some of us get this.
