Main : Roast Beef, Yorkshire Pudding, Mashed Potatoes, Roast Potatoes, Carrots, Green Beans, Cauliflower and thick onion gravy
Sweet : Jam RolyPoly and hot Custard

Given that the menu picker also has to foot the bill, I'd choose:

Entree: garlic bread
Main: 2 minute noodles with burnt butter ragweed
Dessert: shaved ice with raspberry squash/cordial jus.

Additionally, the dessert should set up hyperactivity through the night leading to no sleep. Ragweed should knock those with allergies out (especially Mickleson), garlic bread will keep caddies away from players and allow players to stuff up.

I'd pretend I was on the Paleo diet and request different.

I reckon you would be able to afford to foot the bill if you won the masters the year before!
