My newly built system utilizes (2) 1mb video cards in crossfire mode-

It's my understanding that a game has to be designed to use crossfire in order to utilize both cards???

If this is true will PG be compatible with crossfire?

2nd that. Please build the engine so it can use the latest tech. Please dont make dumbed down engine that is going to work on an xbox. We need a PC gaming comeback. It would be awesome to build a course with Crysis 3 like vegetation. How cool would it best to have long fescue grasses moving with the wind in the rough? Birds flying around and the odd Jumbo jet going overhead.

Anyone having any luck running PG in AMD Crossfire mode? If not, please let me know and I will see if I can get my contacts at AMD to have a look at why not. This may be a limitation of the Unity engine as that other game TGC also does not play well with Crossfire.

I'm also assuming it doesn't utilise Nvidia SLI - a pity because it gives a huge FPS boost in other games.

AFAIK, no. I'm not 100% sure about that, but I think the Unitiy engine doesn't support SLI or Crossfire setups due to the full screen mode in Unity games being non-exclusive. Devs, please correct me if I'm wrong.

AMD does not have the resources to develop a Crossfire profile for PG or any non-AAA PC game. That is what my sources have stated and it makes sense. I will keep asking about Crossfire as this game continues to evolve. I am also sure that the Unity engine is also a roadblock as mentioned in the post above.
