Downloadable Content for Jack Nicklaus Perfect Golf

 

There is no downloadable content available for this game.

 

 

When I click on DLC for Jack Nicklaus Perfect Golf Iit tells me that there is no downloadable content for this game.

 

I only have one Steam account and tried logging off and back on.  I still get the same message.

 

Is there something I have to do in my Steam settings to get to DLC for PG?

Ron, I have the exact same problem. I also believe that JoeF also reported the same issue. Since we are all PG beta testers, I wonder if that's the issue? Wish Mike would comment so we can clear this up.

Whether I'm at beta branch or public version, get same issue.

Well count me in as swell......I have no downloadable content for this game.

Its confusing because its not the DLC on the front page you need.

Try this

 

In the STEAM FORUM  right click on Jack Niclaus Perfect golf.

Then click on Properties at the bottom

Then DLC on the far right

Make sure install is ticked

restart steam and  Course Forge  should download

I am not sure what you mean by Steam Forums.  When I am in the perfect Golf Steam Forum when I right click anywhere on that page I don't get a properties option.  

 

I get the properties option when I am on the Libraries page and right click on properties but do not get a DLC on the right.

 

I am confused because I only see the DLC link on the right when I click on PG in Libraries.

Same thing here Ron, there is no download in my DLC period. And since there is none the option to click to download does not exist.

Think he means in your Steam library.

All my other games show DLC without having to enable anything, so just odd JNPG behaves like it does for some folks.

Sorry  your correct its in  the LIBRARY page

 

Right click on Jack Nicklaus Perfect Golf and you get the following drop down menu

 

left click on PROPERTIES and you get the the properties menu

You can see  DLC on the right.  Left click on this for the following and make sure you have Install ticked

Restart Steam and  CF should load

We are not getting the content to download so because of that there is no DLC tab. The tab is there in other games that have the content available to download.

 

 

Yes I have no DLC Tab in properties for the game but have it for other games.  Something is not working correctly in Steam for PG.  

 

I guess because Steam isn't seeing any DLC for PG we are not getting the Tab in properties.  Now we just have to find out why Steam isn't seeing DLC for PG but does for other games.

I did a google search on this and I'm amazed at the number of games on steam that people can't get dlc for.

 

This folder does not exist, correct?: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Perfect Golf\Course Forge

 

This is what I would do, and I apologize if you've tried this. 

Make sure Steam is online by Clicking Steam > Go Online (if it says Go Offline, you're already online)

Make sure you're on the Public version.

Do a verify of game files.

Reboot after the verify and then see if the tab shows up.

 

Also, CF is like 400mb so it could take a few min to download too.

For you beta guys, there's a download link to the stand alone file in the "Updating to CF 1.5" thread.

Just guessing but have you all beta testers "opted OUT "  of any Beta versions? Maybe that'll get ya'll "right", and you'll be vanilla like all of us.

Opted out of the beta - no luck.  Opted back in - still no luck.  Logged out of Steam and then back in - no luck.

Ive tried opting out then back in and the same thing Joe it's not working. I have all the downloadable content for all other games and there is a DLC tab for those games. just not one for PG. I hope this gets fixed because this will be a problem later if there is something else down the road to download.

Thanks but that's not the problem, I am online for sure as I have played a few multiplayer games. And also verified all game files. For some reason we aren't getting the content for the game available to us. I don't have the problem with any other Steam games just PG.

No Course Forge folder.

I see I'm not the only one having problems.  Been going crazy trying to download CF.

 

I also have no DLC tab so will keep reading posts to see if anybody comes up with a solution.
