I have gone through Mikes tutorials and have made it to CourseForge Tape measure tools

When I go to turn CourseForge on,  I don't receive the message to hit tab tab and the tool bars don't appear

down the left side and on top (The CourseForge interface)

I can only assume that it is because Unity is installed on Drive E and Course Forge is installed in its default location.

Any one else had this issue? And if so are there any solutions other than installing Unity on the C drive?

It could be that you are running in too low a resolution, try going fullscreen or switching your unity mode to 'high' instead of 'wide'

I have tried all the layout settings ..... changed res from 1920x1080 to 1024x768 just for giggles and the Unity console came up and  gave me this message

CourseForge failed to load on the current build platform 13 Oct 09:50:19
UnityEngine.Debug:LogWarning(Object)
PerfectParallel.CourseForge.UI.MainToolUI:EnablePerform() (at Assets/Perfect Parallel/Course Forge/Scripts/Editor/UI/MainToolUI.cs:198)

Sounds like for some reason your build platform is not set to windows, mac and linux. johnmeyer had this happen in another thread here is what he did to fix it:

"If anyone is unfortunate enough for this to happen I got it back by going to File - Build Settings and changing the Build back to PC/Mac/Linux/Standalone and then hitting the switch platform button, with Windows selected on the right"

In Build settings its default is web player, when I choose Pc Mac Linux standalone it says in the right pane

No PC, Mac Linux Module loaded

and the Build and Build and Run buttons are greyed out
