By recalculating them. They should automatically snap to terrain height.

 

Also: Did you notice that red warning message at the very bottom left? That can't be good...

The red message just looks like a terrain backup had been used perhaps due to an accidentally deleted terrain or a rollback to a previous version of the terrain.

 

K11 is correct and recalculating the splines will make it snap down and re-conform to the terrain.
