In the image you can see that the fairway textures are all fractured. Looks the same in Unity too. In game everything is flashing whilst using the follow cam as the ball moves through the air.

You have two splines that are touching/overlapping somewhere. In CF select the affected spline and press the shift key, you should see black outlines. You can locate from there where the issue is.
