Finally getting around to working on a course with CF. Golf IRL has come to a close here for the season...so onto CF.
I have a course in the works, and am now playing it and making adjustments. My question is about audio. I understand I need a source which I can attach to an object; and a listener, which is typically attached to a camera/character? Would that be the 'player'? I assume wherever the 'player' is located would pick-up the sound source 'closest' to its position?
I have attached sound (coastal sounds) near a couple of water holes, adjusted the range and volume to be around the greens next to the ocean, but I can hear this audio everywhere on the course.
What I am fundamentally doing wrong here?
