Lower/Restore Terrain

Best Answer Kablammo11 , 19 November 2016 - 06:16 PM

It lowers the terrain underneath all the meshes labelled bunker so that you can see how they look in the game, without danger of the base terrain poking through. It switches off automatically as soon as you click on another icon, so it will not damage your work.

Also, and this goes not just for you but for so many around here, the verb you need is affect, not effect. Sorry for the niggling, but this is really affecting my piece of mind and driving my mad.

I don't remember seeing this in the tutorials. What does the Lower/Restore Terrain button do? Every now and then I accidentally hit it. Not sure if this is effecting my course or not.

Thanks!

Also, 'labeled"  does not have 3 l's. Hope this has no effect on your niggling.

As we're using the Queen's English here we spell words as they are meant to be spelled! Labelled if you please. ;-)

My, aren't we cheerful tonight. Aw, go ahead and have at me... doesn't affect me.

But if that means that typos are fair game from now on, a lot of gents around here better start checking their posts thoroughly, lest this came back to haunt them. In a good-humoured spirit, of course... (UK spelling in effect in that last sentence)

"I like Potatoes and you like Potatoes, I like Tomatoes and you like Tomatoes "

From Mary get your guns .... :)

I think I would have fallen in to trap same trap since "Affekt" in swedish is something totally different then "Affect" ... And Affect is in swediesh "Effekt" .... You need to be patience with us who have a native language from the "German" language group.

In American English, label makes labeled and labeling, with one l. In Canada and in varieties of English from outside North America, the preferred forms are labelled and labelling.

Queen's English FTW, lol.
