Dynamic sky and shaders

Luckily I found a shader that completely eliminated the issue for the barrier texture (thanks to K11's Tropicana package)
Without looking through K11's assets I wouldn't have thought to use that shader, and there hasn't been much discussion about what shaders might work better on various objects to eliminate the dynamic sky bug.
I'm still getting flashing on teebox markers and walls (not made in Sketchup)
Any suggestions?
Any idea when this issue will be fixed?

Flickering 3D is definitely something that needs addressing because it is spoiling a lot of very nice courses. Dynamic skies is the main culprit, but not the only one as I now have it turned off and am still encountering flickering on some courses.

I spent the better part of 2 hours messing around with various graphics settings on my GPU trying to eliminate the flickering and I finally gave up. So I'm glad it's not just me.
I've tried playing without Dynamic Skies but then the sky is basically white which makes it nearly impossible to read any of the white writing at the top of the screen in certain scenarios and it also makes it impossible to track the ball unless you use the follow cam (which I do not like to use). So I much prefer to use Dynamic Skies even with the flickering textures but I really hope this gets sorted out at some point.

I was having some serious problems with flashing/disappearing textures on the practice area barrier at Riviera with the dynamic sky enabled.
Luckily I found a shader that completely eliminated the issue for the barrier texture (thanks to K11's Tropicana package)

The Legacy Shaders/Transparent/Cutout/Bumped Diffuse worked for the barrier fence texture.
