Hi,

I am a TrackMan user.
There is significant problems in putting with TM, playing JNPG. I could not finish my first round in JNPG tour, due to putting problems. Putting is very inconsistent, especially putts longer than 30 ft, and less than 7 ft. are not accepted?
I know performance putting will soon be available for Trackman, however what can we do now? To be a tester, i am ready here with my Trackman.

There is nothing we can do to enable features on the trackman that are not part of the Trackman.

As Zmax stated in another thread, can you increase the gimme length in Sim Tournaments to 6 ft, so that Trackman users will at least suffer less about putting problems.

Maybe, autoputt can also be activate, which is inactive at the moment.

Tournament gimme length is universal across all devices I believe and we set to 4ft for simulator tour tournaments

enabling auto putt could be an option, although perhaps not the fairest solution to other tour members using other devices.

Hopefully trackman can get a putting fix in the works.

Putt out is available on all sim devices

Thanks Andrew, John, Zmax. After making 120 putts in two rounds, it will be like water in the desert for me.

DOC, putt out is not available on Tournament rounds.  Try playing a round in solo play to test the Putt Out option.
