the clubhouse is actually on sketchup, low poly too just search for lakeside manor
I did a search in Sketchup and nothing came on with lakeside manor.

try manor house, plenty of golf club looking buildings, just make sure the poly is not too high, personally i never go above 2000 poly for a clubhouse.
