Is there a way to set the distances on clubs? I play mostly on the simulator and use the sim view on the iPad app to zoom in to the target. Is there a way to customize how far I hit each club so I can zoom right into my landing range for each club??

No, you can't do that.
Yet.
Might be on the to-do list further down the road, but most likely not near the top.
