Hi all.

 

During my time off work with illness, I decided to have a go at a course and here it is.

 

Cats Corner.

 

This might be my final update short of any significant issues.

i played it a few times. there is a post in the bugs forum called Bug? it is from

a couple of clips i made while playing it. info Andrew posted in that thread may help you in the future.

i thought it was a good course and very playable and will enjoy again.

Thanks Dave.

 

I am aware of a few things that have already been dealt with and will watch your videos too.

 

There will doubtless be more errors to be fixed and I will also be adding things or taking things away before I stick it out officially. For the time being, if I make a significant update, I will edit this thread with the udated course and the date of the update.

Had a chance to look over the course, the fps was good overall. Just a few holes that were in low 20's. Some things i noticed:

#1...tears in the right rough on the right side of the right fairway bunker.

#4...Blue tees need flattening. Tear on left fairway by right greenside bunker.

#5...tears by left greenside bunker.

#6...tear by back greenside bunker.

#9...tears by left fairway bunker.

#10..tear by right fairway bunker.

#14..tears by tree near right greenside bunker.

#15..weeds in fairway on the right side.

#16...small tears in rough at back right corner of front greenside bunker.

Many thanks Rob. You needed eagle eyes for some of those !!

 

All listed issues are sorted. Do you remember the holes with the low FPS ?

I'm using a mid range machine with a gtx 750ti, on high detail. Here is a breakdown:

#8,9,10,13,14,15.....low 20's fps

#2,6,7,11,16,17....mid 20's fps

#1,5....high 20's fps

#3,4,12,18......low to high 30's fps

Can I ask if the low FPS affected your gameplay and if so, how much ?

 

There is plenty of stuff that can be removed if play becomes significantly affected.

It doesn't affect it too much. I play rtsm pro and my timing seems a little off when the fps is low, I just have to adjust for it.
